Cancellation and refunds

For paid plans of Stackurity Cloud. The full terms are in the Terms of Service.

Cancelling

• An administrator of your organisation can cancel at any time under Settings, Plan and billing. There is no cancellation fee.
• The paid plan stays active until the end of the month or year already paid for. Your organisation then becomes read-only: you can still see your data for 30 days and choose a plan again, but nothing new is collected and no alerts are sent. After those 30 days the data is deleted.
• A subscription that was never paid for is cancelled at once.
• Lowering the number of assets or moving to a lower plan works the same way: the change takes effect at the end of the current period.

Refunds

• Payments are for a period of service and are not refunded for the unused part of a period.
• We refund in full if you were charged in error: a duplicate payment, a charge after a cancellation had taken effect, or a charge for a period in which the service was not provided because of us. We also refund prepaid fees if we stop offering the service.
• To ask for a refund, email info@stackurity.dev from an administrator's address within 30 days of the charge, with the organisation name and the payment or invoice id. We reply within 3 working days.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take longer to show it.

Delivery

Stackurity Cloud is an online service. Nothing is shipped. Access starts as soon as you confirm your email address, and a paid plan's higher limit applies as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.
