Questions
What counts as an asset?
A server, a deployed application, a repository, a container image, a Kubernetes cluster, a managed cloud service or an imported SBOM. Kubernetes workloads are not counted: they are covered by their cluster and images. A typical web application is three or four assets: its server, the application, its repository and its image.
How does the free trial work?
Sign up and use Stackurity Cloud with the Team plan’s features for 14 days, no card needed. During the trial, reports are shortened and watermarked. Choose a plan any time to keep going.
What happens when the trial or my plan ends?
Your organisation becomes read-only: you can still sign in and see everything, but nothing new is collected and no alerts are sent. Choose a plan within 30 days to carry on where you left off. After 30 days the data is deleted.
What is Pro?
Pro is the set of paid features, such as automatic fixing, the evidence report, several teams and escalation. It is included in the Team and Business plans on Stackurity Cloud, and is a licence key for self-hosted Stackurity.
What happens when I reach my plan’s limit?
Nothing is deleted and alerts keep coming for the assets you have. Only new assets are refused until you move to a bigger plan or remove some.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, any time. Moving up takes effect at once. Moving down or cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for. See Cancellation and refunds.
Where is my data kept?
Stackurity Cloud runs in India today, with more regions to come. Encrypted off-site backups are kept for 30 days. See the Privacy Policy and Security.
Do you charge GST?
Customers in India pay 18% GST on top of the rupee prices. Customers outside India pay the dollar prices with no GST.
Can I run the paid features on my own servers?
Yes. Pro and Enterprise licences unlock automatic fixes, evidence reports, several teams and single sign-on on a self-hosted installation. Talk to us for a quote.
